If you are calling us with a question before your closing, you will want to speak with the pre-settlement processor who is handling your file. This individual is responsible for coordinating the many tasks that must be completed to get your file ready for the closing.

If you are contacting us with a question after your closing, you will want to speak with one of our post-settlement coordinators. These individuals will have ready access to your file and should be able to help you resolve whatever your issue is.
